Dr. Pike is our boarded veterinary behaviorist and chief of medicine at our Fairfax location. She supervises all of our cases to ensure every family receives the best care possible.

Dr. Ropski is our newest resident. She joins us in September and will be working closely with Dr. Pike for several years.

Jessey is the nursing team lead and a boarded behavior nurse. She can tackle any aspect of behavior therapy from assessments, medical management, and behavior modification.

Lisa has been competing in a variety of canine sports for several years. She's now taken her love of behavior to her profession and works with our clients on managing the medical aspect of their pet's care.
Krisin joins us from a referral hospital where she was already a strong proponent for Fear Free patient care. Her goal is to become a Veterinary Technician Specialist in Behavior.
Kayla is one of our senior trainers. She uses the doctor's treatment plans to help your pet learn new skills for real life situations.
CTC, PMCT, CPDT-KA
Christine is one of our senior trainers. Her focus is group classes for both prevention and after issues have developed.
With a background in clinical social work, Courtney is in a unique position to bring a client-centric approach to helping people and pets.
Katie started with our team at the front desk and has recently graduated to a doctor's assistant.
