Puppy Class Registration
Registration for any of our in-person puppy classes is an easy, two-step process.
Step 1 - Paperwork
Please complete and submit all (3) required forms using the links below.
Upon submission, ABWC will automatically reach out to your puppy's primary care veterinarian to ensure your puppy is up-to-date on vaccines and meets our basic health criteria for enrollment. Then, we will email you a link to register!
Please keep in mind that we are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all our patients.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to our very strict vaccination policies, we are unable to accept records of vaccinations provided by anyone other than a licensed veterinarian.
All of the following requirements must be met and verified by your primary care provider before attending in-person classes:

Clear medical exam by your veterinarian

Negative fecal test results from your veterinarian

Puppy living in your home for at least 8 days

Bordetella vaccination at least 3 days before class

Distemper vaccination at least 7 days before class

Continued vaccinations every 3-4 weeks

You will receive an automated email when each of your forms has been received by ABWC.
Step 2 - Registration
Upon receipt of your (3) completed form submissions, and after ABWC has confirmed that your puppy meets our basic health requirements, we will email a registration link. Follow the provided link to register online, and we will see you in class!
Please note : Classes are subject to availability. Payments and deposits are non-refundable. Make-up classes/credit are not offered in the event of absence.
